Operation
The operation of the regulator is based on hydrostatic pressure, which increases proportionally to the water column in the controlled tank. As the water column rises, the flow through the regulator increases. The device ensures that the required flow rate is not exceeded at a given water damming height.
Installation
• The regulator should be installed at the bottom of the manhole using expansion screws with wall plugs.
• The gap between the regulator flange and the manhole wall should be sealed, for example with silicone.
• An adapter can be manufactured to fit a circular manhole.
