The AquaGraso-S separator is made of high-quality concrete or reinforced concrete, minimum class C45/55, or sulphate-resistant XA3 concrete, ensuring high durability, resistance to aggressive environments and many years of trouble-free operation.
The tank is characterised by low concrete water absorption of less than 5%, W10 watertightness and F150 frost resistance.
As standard, it is equipped with traffic-rated cast iron manhole covers, class D400, and deflectors made of stainless steel or HDPE.
The device meets the requirements of PN-EN 1825-1 and PN-EN 1825-2 standards, ensuring effective removal of grease from wastewater before it is discharged into the sewer system.
Depending on the project requirements, the separator can be additionally equipped with a grease and sludge layer alarm, an extension section or an anti-odour filter installed under the manhole cover.
AquaGraso-S line separators are available in multiple nominal flow variants — from 1 to 10 l/s — allowing the device to be precisely matched to the requirements of a specific facility and the volume of discharged wastewater.
