Concrete vortex settling tanks
The Bio-Aqua concrete vortex sedimentation tank has been specially designed for the effective separation of mineral suspended solids, such as sand, gravel and sludge, present in wastewater. Thanks to the sedimentation phenomenon and the use of vortices, the heavier suspension settles at the bottom of the tank, enabling effective wastewater treatment in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Environmental Protection of November 18, 2014. (concerning the discharge of wastewater into waters or into the ground – the maximum allowable concentration of mineral suspension in wastewater discharged into the receiver is 100 mg/l).
The innovative solution in the form of a concrete swirl sedimentation tank is exceptionally effective and durable. Thanks to the precise design and use of vortices, the Bio-Aqua concrete vortex clarifier ensures reliable wastewater treatment even in difficult conditions. In combination with the bypass system, which allows pre-treatment of wastewater during heavy rainfall, the concrete swirl sedimentation tank ensures excellent treatment results, regardless of changing weather conditions.
