You can see us on many projects, but this time it is something truly special. DAF is building the largest centre in Europe, covering nearly 34,000 m², offering used DAF vehicles. This is where we have installed a modern stormwater pumping station.

Our task at the Used Truck Center Warsaw in Urzut near Warsaw was to manufacture and install a pumping station, which is an important element of the technical infrastructure of the entire facility. These are the solutions that ensure the efficient and safe operation of the project during everyday use.

For this project, a stormwater pumping station in an AquaPomp-D-B concrete tank was used, type PD-2/1.5-2.8/50-80-125/D, equipped with two DN50 pumps operating in a 1+1 system, DN80 fittings and internal stainless steel piping. The system operating parameters are a flow rate of Q = 10 l/s and a pumping head of Hp = 10 m. (Yes, we couldn’t leave out the technical parameters! 😊)

The facility was also equipped with control automation, a hydrostatic probe, alarm float switches and a sealed control cabinet, ensuring reliable and safe operation of the entire system.

We are pleased to have been part of such a large and modern project and to have delivered a solution tailored to the requirements of a high-standard commercial facility.
